Types of insulation materials are commonly used
- INOX 304: Inox 304 is a high-grade stainless steel material that possesses excellent hot and cold forming properties. Durable steel surface when machined becomes very smooth and bright. In addition, this material has high chemical and impact resistance in air-water environments.
- INOX 316: Inox 316 is a stainless steel containing molybdenum, so the welding performance is better than Inox 304. Besides, 316's corrosion resistance and heat resistance in marine and industrial environments chemicals are also rated as much better than 304 stainless steel material.
- AZ150: Is a high-grade steel plated with a zinc-aluminum base layer that is very resistant to chemical corrosion in all environments. In addition, the ease of processing and rigidity are also important factors that make manufacturers use this material for the cover of the insulation tank.
- Polyurethane insulation compound: Polyurethane micro-foam, void filling rate >95%, waterproof and has very low heat transfer coefficient. In industry, polyurethane is the most effective and economical insulation compound, often used for insulation tanks.
